1. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed when you receive booking confirmation. Please provide accurate information and tell your osteopath about relevant health changes before treatment.
2. Consent and clinical decisions
Your osteopath will explain assessment and treatment options and ask for consent. You may ask questions, decline a technique or withdraw consent at any time. Osteopathy does not guarantee a particular outcome.
3. Fees and payment
Current fees are shown on the Prices page. Payment is due at the appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed. Package terms, expiry and refund conditions will be explained before purchase.
4. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. We may charge the full fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. We consider exceptional circumstances fairly and ask you to contact us as soon as possible.
