Listen deeply
We make room for the details that short appointments often miss.
Move better, live better
“The painful area matters. But so does the way you work, sleep, train, recover and move through the rest of your week.”
That is why we begin with listening. We take time to understand the history behind your symptoms, explore how your body is adapting and agree on a plan that fits your priorities.
Our Upper Street clinicWe bring specialist knowledge to each consultation, but we do not hide behind medical language. You should understand what we think is happening, what your options are and why we are recommending each step.
Hands-on treatment may include joint articulation, soft-tissue work, gentle manipulation or cranial techniques. Where useful, we add clinical Pilates principles, mobility work and a small number of targeted exercises.
What guides us
These are practical promises, not decorative values. They shape how we assess, communicate and make decisions with you.
We make room for the details that short appointments often miss.
You leave understanding our reasoning, without unnecessary jargon.
Techniques are selected for you, with consent checked throughout.
Our goal is progress you can own—not endless treatment.
Meet the team
Both osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and are members of the Institute of Osteopathy.
01Principal Osteopath & Founder
Oliver graduated from the University College of Osteopathy and has more than ten years of clinical experience. His special interests are sports injury rehabilitation, persistent spinal pain and helping people regain confidence after repeated flare-ups.
He combines traditional hands-on osteopathy with modern biomechanics, graded loading and practical exercise prescription.
02Associate Osteopath
Sarah specialises in cranial osteopathy, women’s health and pregnancy-related pelvic or back pain. Her calm, gentle manner is particularly valued by parents, expectant mothers and people who feel apprehensive about treatment.
Her consultations create time for questions and clear explanations, with treatment always adapted to comfort and preference.
03Practice Manager
Emma is often the first person you speak with. She manages bookings, answers practical questions and keeps the clinic welcoming, organised and responsive throughout your care.
If you are unsure which appointment to choose or need help finding a suitable time, Emma will point you in the right direction.
Professional standards
Osteopathy is a regulated healthcare profession in the UK. Oliver and Sarah maintain GOsC registration, professional insurance and ongoing continuing professional development.
