Payment is taken securely at the clinic after your appointment. We accept major debit and credit cards. Package payment is taken at the first visit.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the full appointment fee.
Many insurers reimburse treatment by a GOsC-registered osteopath. Please check your policy before booking, as some providers require authorisation or specify the clinician you can see.
